Welcome to Bilnk! These terms are pretty straightforward — we want you to have a great experience, and we want to keep things fair for everyone. By using Bilnk, you agree to these terms.

1. What Bilnk Is

Bilnk is a link-in-bio platform that lets you create a beautiful page with all your important links, social profiles, and content in one place. We provide the tools — you bring the creativity.

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. Here's what we expect:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Bilnk
• Use accurate information when signing up
• Don't share your login credentials with others
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account
• Let us know immediately if you think someone accessed your account without permission

3. What You Can (and Can't) Do

We're pretty relaxed, but there are a few ground rules:

You can:

• Create profiles and share any legal content you own or have rights to
• Use our templates, customize your page, and connect your social accounts
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

Please don't:

• Post illegal content, malware, phishing links, or scam pages
• Impersonate someone else or create fake profiles
• Try to hack, scrape, or mess with our platform
• Use Bilnk to send spam or harass people
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

If we find violations, we may suspend or delete your account. We'll try to warn you first, but serious violations may result in immediate removal.

4. Your Content

Your stuff is your stuff. We don't claim ownership of anything you create on Bilnk. However, by using our platform, you give us permission to display your content on your public profile page — that's kind of the whole point.

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you post. If someone claims your content infringes their rights, we may need to take it down.

5. Paid Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Agency plans. Here's how billing works:

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, depending on what you choose
• Payments are processed through PayPal — we don't store your card details
• If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll get prorated credit from your current plan
• You can cancel anytime — you'll keep your premium features until the end of your billing period
• We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something goes wrong, reach out to us and we'll work it out

6. Team Features

If you invite team members to manage your profiles, you're responsible for their actions on your account. You can set roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) to control what they can access.

7. Analytics & Data

We track basic visitor analytics (views, clicks, countries, devices) to help you understand your audience. We don't sell this data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep Bilnk running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Sometimes things break, servers need maintenance, or unexpected issues come up. We're a small team doing our best.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings. When you do, we'll delete your data (profiles, links, analytics) within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited time.

We can also terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll explain why.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bilnk is provided "as is." We're not responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages from using (or not being able to use) our platform. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Bilnk after changes means you accept the new terms.
